1. JOB TITLE: Client Delivery Associate
2. SALARY: £28,073
3. LOCATION(S): Villiers House, Douglas. Isle of Man
4. HOURS: Full-time
5. WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this Opportunity

As a Client Delivery Associate, you will provide exceptional service to our International Private Banking Clients. You will be responsible for managing client cases and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through ongoing due diligence (ODD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. This role demands a proactive approach to client service and meticulous attention to detail.

6. You’ll need to be organised and manage your time effectively to ensure a balanced approach, supporting delivery of business area objectives.
7. You need to be honest, conscientious, and genuine, caring about helping customers.
8. You’ll be enthusiastic with the desire to deliver great service and be a team player that can work closely with colleagues.
9. An ability to quickly build relationships; to understand and meet your customer’s needs through our diverse range of services.

And any experience of these would be really useful.

10. Banking or business experience where you've dealt with customers previously.
