An elite global law firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its Global Clients & Industries team, supporting a high-profile Private Capital practice.
The role
* Manage relationships for a portfolio of key and priority Private Capital clients
* Partner with senior leaders and client relationship teams to drive growth and revenue opportunities
* Develop and deliver go-to-market and client growth strategies
* Lead and support industry initiatives, client outreach programmes, and flagship events
* Analyse and report on client financials, pipeline activity, and relationship mapping
* Support major pitches, proposals, panels, and RFPs
* Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on thought leadership and client engagement
About you
* 5+ years’ experience in business development or marketing within professional services
* Prior experience in a law firm or international organisation preferred
* Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercially focused, proactive, and highly organised
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Collaborative team player with a positive, resilient approach
