A global media and technology leader is seeking a Head of Data & Measurement to lead the EMEA strategy for their proprietary data products—spanning connected TV, mobile, and cross-device environments. This is a high-impact, senior role owning the vision, productisation and commercial enablement of privacy-compliant, insight-led data solutions across a multi-market region.
🔍 What you’ll do:
* Own and evolve the regional product strategy across ACR, mobile, and first-party data
* Lead a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers across data verticals
* Develop scalable, GDPR-compliant measurement and attribution solutions
* Translate complex datasets into high-value advertising and targeting propositions
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, analytics, legal, and engineering teams
* Partner on global roadmaps while shaping EMEA differentiation
✅ What we’re looking for:
* Proven leadership in data product management—ideally in ad tech, martech or digital media
* Strong grasp of measurement frameworks, attribution, and programmatic advertising
* Deep knowledge of data privacy and compliance (e.g. GDPR)
* Experience turning complex datasets into commercial products
* Strategic thinker, people leader, and collaborator across technical and commercial teams
