What you’ll be doing: Lead & inspire the HR team, driving clarity, accountability, and a collaborative culture. Evaluate & uplift team capability, taking fair but firm action to address underperformance. Deliver seamlessly on operational HR, ensuring compliance with common-sense agility. Drive OD forward, embedding values into everything from L&D and performance to recruitment and workforce planning.
