A fantastic, B-corp mid-sized Interior Architecture firm in South East London are looking for a Interior Architect / Designer to join their social, friendly and design-led practice on a permanent basis. This firm is well known for its buzzy culture and career development.
The perfect candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working on workplace/commercial projects in London, demonstrating a balance of creative vision and strong technical expertise. You will collaborate with the project team to deliver several exciting medium to large projects across the city with a strong emphasis on media clientele.
The ideal candidate will possess a creative flair paired with excellent organisational and presentation abilities. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe is essential, alongside a proven track record of managing projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for collaborating with the architectural team to successfully deliver projects from concept to delivery
* Support the leadership of projects by coordinating with external consultants, the wider project team, and clients
* Utilise your strong knowledge of finishes, FFE, and specifications to continually source products
* Manage your time effectively, multitasking efficiently while supporting senior team members
* Demonstrate a consistent interest in emerging commercial and workplace projects within the market
* Create detailed drawings, presentations, and documentation to support project deliverables
Key Skills / Requirements:
* An architecture, interior design or interior architecture degree
* Strong experience working in BIM and 3D modelling with Revit, Rhino and/or Sketchup.
* Enscape would be beneficial but not essential
* Good knowledge of FF&E
* Experience working on specifications and strong understanding UK building regulations
* An adaptable and proactive attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
* A strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality project work, ideally within commercial, office, retail or retrofit sectors
