THE ROLE
What you'll be doing
You’ll work across web, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, helping to deliver and optimise campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple arms of the business.
2. Manage and update content across websites (WordPress & Prismic), social media, and email campaigns.
3. Collaborate with agencies on paid media (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and SEO initiatives.
4. Help develop and deliver organic social content for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Chinese channels like WeChat and Weibo.
5. Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns in line with CRM goals.
6. Track and report on campaign performance to drive ongoing improvement.

ABOUT YOU
what we're looking for
9. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience (Executive level) or 1-2 years of experience (Assistant level), in a commercial consumer sector client side, not agency.
10. Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and paid Social Media campaign development, execution and reporting.
11. Experience in supporting digital campaigns: writing briefs, liaising with agencies and campaign development
12. Lead Generation and understanding of tactics and strategies to improve quality
13. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop engaging content
14. Project management: setting and keeping to deadlines, effective communication, and prioritisation
15. Experience in CMS
16. Experience in Marketing Cloud / Salesforce or HTML email creation, database management, and reporting
17. Digital marketing analysis
18. Proficient in Adobe CS Suite design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
