Overview
QA (Appium) / Technical Account Manager - Enterprise clients at an AI software firm. Hybrid (2 days per week in the office). Salary: £85k + bonus. The range is provided by Hawksworth; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
The role is suitable for a Senior QA / Automation Lead looking to move into a more people/sales-focused position.
The company works with global clients and has grown through acquisitions. Notable clients include NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.
Responsibilities
* Partner with Enterprise clients to understand tech challenges and provide solutions and recommendations.
* Address risk early and create action plans to reduce risk, improving customer retention.
* Guide the customer along their journey to hit milestones and achieve ROI.
Tech experience required
* CI / Automation Technologies: Appium, Selenium, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, JMeter
Qualifications & Requirements
* Senior QA / Automation Lead with interest in a TAM (Technical Account Manager) and sales-focused role.
