Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs. Provide one-to-one or small group support under the guidance of the class teacher. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment. Encourage and motivate pupils to achieve their best academically and socially. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with additional needs (school, nursery, or care setting). A patient, caring, and proactive attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
