We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide learning support for pupils within a welcoming and supportive primary school. The successful applicant will join a dedicated staff team committed to developing the talents and skills of every child, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Role Responsibilities
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
Support pupils with their learning across the primary age range
Work with children individually and in small groups, including delivering targeted interventions
Support pupils with SEND, adapting approaches to meet individual needs
Help maintain high standards of learning, teaching, and behaviour
Promote positive behaviour and inclusive practice
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, other professionals, and families
Make a caring and positive contribution to the classroom and wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
Experience supporting pupils with SEND
The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage children in their learning
Experience running small group interventions
High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
The ability to work independently and use their own initiative
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
A flexible, patient, enthusiastic, and caring approach
A strong commitment to teamwork and partnership working
