Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Social Media Executive, youâll work alongside a Social Media Manager on all organic social media content & strategy, planning monthly content calendars, creating and scheduling content, as well as writing copy.
You'll understand and monitor trends, ensuring you keep your clients relevant in today's fast-moving social-first world.
* Work on social media content plans and strategy whilst constantly optimising content to achieve the absolute best results for clients, taking into account performance across different channels.
* Applying original thought to create beautiful content for our clients using tools such as Canva, Photoshop & Adobe Suite, etc.
* Write witty and humorous copy on our brand's channels, as well as your time in community management.
* Work on social media content plans and constantly optimise content to achieve the absolute best results for clients, taking into account performance across different channels.
* Youâll help manage the client's social media communities by replying to comments & messages they receive.
* Youâll build client-facing relationships alongside our Social Media Manager and Social Media Director
* Build reports for clients, so we can show them the results theyâve achieved from working with us.
* Monitor and understand all social media algorithms to inform how our content strategy should be shifting.
Requirements
* 1+ years of social media management is required. Brand or Agency.
* You want to build a career in Social Media Marketing and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency.
* Good copywriting capabilities (witty/humorous/trend-led) as well as confident with platforms such as Canva.
* You are an enthusiastic & passionate person who genuinely cares about your work and wants to do your best.
* You enjoy being creative and analytical.
* You'll have strong organisational skills.
* Curious and adaptable: itâs a fast-moving industry, and social advertising is even more so, products change and adapt weekly, and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output.
Salary
ÂŁ26,000 to ÂŁ30,000 depending on experience.
