We are looking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our Student Experience Team as a Student Voice & Engagement Officer. This role is central to our mission of enhancing the student experience at City St George’s. The postholder will lead on managing student voice processes and feedback platforms, coordinating annual student surveys, and supporting activities that drive engagement, representation, and meaningful change. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Education Operations, the Students’ Union, and programme teams to ensure student feedback is heard, analysed, and acted
Person Specification
We are seeking someone who brings: · A successful track record of delivering student-focused projects and initiatives to deadline · Strong qualitative analysis skills, with the ability to extract and present insights from student feedback clearly and persuasively · Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure · A commitment to delivering high-quality service and enhancing the student experience · Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills · Confidence in working independently and proactively, with a solution-focused mindset · Experience building effective working relationships with students and staff at various levels
