Position Summary
The Procurement Manager oversees procurement needs for the UK and EMEA region, working under the guidance of the Director, Operations Management. Leading a team of buyers, they will drive material clearance, develop strategic supply chain initiatives, and optimize cross-divisional purchases. They will also evaluate and implement initiatives to enhance procurement performance and support global teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage, coach, and mentor a team of buyers.
2. Utilize procurement systems to reduce costs.
3. Lead process re-engineering to increase productivity.
4. Support strategic sourcing projects.
5. Manage vendor relationships and procurement budgets.
6. Forecast market trends and support material planning.
7. Manage new product introductions and logistics.
8. Drive process improvements and manage inbound freight.
9. Ensure legal compliance and internal controls.
10. Travel as necessary.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Proven results in cost efficiencies and savings.
* Experience as Procurement Team Leader or Manager in a global manufacturing setting, ideally in gaming, electronics, or tech sectors.
* ERP proficiency (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
* Skilled negotiator with experience in complex contracts and sourcing strategies.
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
