Premier Financial Consultant - Sheffield

Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management. We also have specialized relationship managers supporting high net worth clients.
The Premier Financial Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Premier Clients. This telephony-based role requires remote client engagement from the Sheffield office, building and maintaining strong relationships, growing customer portfolios, and securing new business. Responsibilities include proactive client contact, identifying wealth needs, and referring clients to specialists.

In this role you will:
* Ensure world-class client service as the primary contact for personal banking and wealth needs.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
* Develop strategies to increase the value of client portfolios, proactively identifying needs to maximize satisfaction and business performance.
* Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Wealth Managers, Branch, Mortgage, and Commercial Banking colleagues.
* Encourage personal development and continuous improvement among team members.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Experience in retail banking, relationship management, or front office environments.
* Outstanding customer service skills with proactive improvement initiatives.
* Remote Relationship Management experience.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, including consumer duty.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
This is a hybrid role based in Sheffield. Candidates must be able to commute to this location.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm, rotating shifts.
