About The Role
Adelaide Care Home located in Bexleyheath is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, team player to join us as Receptionist. This is your opportunity to shine and bring bags of personality to your daily work by providing a positive and welcoming public image as the first point of contact, promoting the home to prospective new residents and their families.
Your job is to welcome and greet visitors to the home in a professional and courteous way. You will have excellent communication skills and will be completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases and providing administrative assistance as and when required by the General Manager.

About You
To join us as a Receptionist, it is essential that you have previous experience in switchboard operation and knowledge of the administrative system. You will thrive with exposure to problem solving scenarios and handle all client complaints with empathy and grace,
You will have excellent customer service skills to help put our enquirers at ease. We really hope your empathetic, yet energetic nature will shine through in this role, as well as your attention to detail to keep your records up to date at all times.
