Support Worker – Waking nights
Location: South Norfolk
Salary: £13.75 per hour
Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time permanent positions available
Shift Times: 19:45pm - 08:00am
Please note: Own transport is essential and we do not hold licences to support overseas candidates.
About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join a specialist residential service supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and cognitive impairments.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred and therapeutic care in line with each resident’s individual support plan. You will help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where residents are encouraged to develop life skills, engage with the community, and work towards greater independence.
You will be part of a supportive team structure, working closely with Shift Leaders and the wider Management Team to maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a care or support setting (mental health, learning disabilities, or complex needs)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A calm, compassionate, and flexible approach to care
* Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred practice
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p
* Full manual driving licence and access to own transport (essential)
