This Senior Campaigns Manager role is positioned in a leading commercial law firm and will come in to lead the development and execution of high-profile, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
This is a pivotal role within the Business Development & Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Business Development. You’ll lead the campaign's function, manage a Campaigns Manager, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to bring campaigns to life. Your work will directly support the firm’s ambitious growth strategy across key sectors including housing, health, construction, energy, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Campaigns Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the firm’s marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
* Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive campaigns strategy that aligns with the firm’s growth objectives and capitalises on opportunities across key markets.
* Market & Client Research: Lead research initiatives to uncover insights into client needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with internal knowledge teams and external research agencies to inform campaign direction.
* Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, events, and PR. Ensure campaigns are timely, targeted, and aligned with business priorities.
* Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Produce and commission high-quality content including thought-leadership pieces, horizon scanning reports, and sector insights that engage and inform target audiences.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal teams, business support functions, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life. Build strong internal relationships to ensure alignment and buy-in.
* Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with key intermediaries, industry bodies, and media outlets to amplify campaign reach and impact.
* Budget & Agency Management: Oversee campaign budgets and manage relationships with creative, digital, and media agencies to ensure high-quality delivery and value for investment.
* Performance Measurement: Track and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools. Continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and strategic impact.
* Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a Campaigns Manager, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
* Marketing Infrastructure Enhancement: Contribute to the development of marketing tools, templates, and training programmes. Support the evolution of the firm’s CRM system to enhance campaign delivery and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
* 10+ years of B2B and/or legal communications/campaigns experience
* Strong project management and multi-channel marketing expertise
* Excellent content creation and editing skills
* Proficiency with CRM and digital marketing platforms
* Experience in professional or financial services (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
