We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Nottingham, providing tailored support to students who require additional assistance with their learning, behaviour, or wellbeing.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a proactive Support Worker who can build positive relationships and help individuals overcome barriers to engagement and achievement.
The Role:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
* Assist with learning activities, emotional wellbeing, and behaviour management
* Promote independence, confidence, and positive routines
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
* Monitor progress and contribute to support plans
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience working with young people or in a support-based role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
