Nursery Manager – Andover Area
Salary: £42,500 per annum
Full-Time (5 days per week) – 4 days considered for the right candidate
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our friendly and supportive team in the Andover area.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an established Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will work alongside an existing Nursery Manager within a small, well-established nursery setting, helping to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care and education for children.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Have previous experience working within a private nursery setting
Have experience as a Nursery Manager, or be an experienced Deputy Manager ready for progression
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
Be confident leading and motivating a team
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
Be passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and early years education
The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:
Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
Lead, develop and inspire the nursery team
Ensure compliance with Ofsted, EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Build strong relationships with children, families and staff
Maintain high standards of care, learning and development
Work collaboratively with the existing Nursery Manager to drive quality and continuous improvement
