Based in a beautifully converted manor house in Liphook, you'll play a key role in scaling impact and reach by leading innovative growth strategies. Duties & Responsibilities Lead and deliver multi-channel growth strategies to expand brand reach and generate high-quality leads.
Oversee the development of a robust Martech stack and implement AI tools for marketing efficiency.
Shape and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy across paid media, search, social, and email.
Drive improvements to the company website, ensuring strong SEO, UX, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
What Experience is Required Proven leadership in a growth-focused B2B or B2B2C marketing role.
Strong background in lead generation, marketing automation, and full-funnel growth strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM, analytics tools, and AI/automation in marketing workflows.
Salary & Benefits Salary: Up to £80,000
