About the Role
The AI Strategy Consultant role centers on driving marketing strategy and transformation in enterprise organizations by using AI to rapidly learn consumer preferences and deliver highly effective marketing and product experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
* Own all phases of AI Decisioning use case delivery, working alongside Hightouch engineers, customer executives, marketers, and IT stakeholders.
* Run design sessions with customers to define use case requirements and improvements.
* Champion delivery & project management excellence through development of playbooks and best practices.
* Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage potential project risks.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders at Hightouch customers.
* Participate in determining the AI Decisioning product strategy.
Qualifications
* Experience working with Martech tools, CEMs, CDPs, and similar platforms.
* Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
* Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
* Clear communicator, able to express yourself persuasively in writing and speaking.
* Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer‑first attitude and empathy.
* Ability to travel 10-25% required.
Bonus Skills
* Programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL).
Salary
USD $170,000–$200,000 per year (80/20 split variable). Location: San Francisco, CA, U.S.
