Role
They're looking for a commercially savvy Client Success Executive with 3–5 years of experience managing brand or agency relationships. This is a hybrid role combining strategic account support, campaign optimisation, and stakeholder communication. You'll play a key role in strengthening partnerships and supporting wider business development efforts.
Requirements
1. 3+ years in client services, account management, or a similar role
2. Confident communicator, able to present ideas and performance insights clearly
3. Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and identifying opportunities
4. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment
5. Experience supporting long-term client growth and cross-functional collaboration
6. Previous experience in media, marketing, or digital services preferred
