AXA Retail is seeking a Transformation Pricing Analyst to join their team. Working within the Pricing Transformation Team and the broader Blueprint Transformation Team, you will deliver end-to-end quote, bind, and policy change solutions into the business. This dynamic role focuses on building, testing, and deploying rates across all Lines of Mid Corp Business, rather than technical modelling.

What you'll be doing:
* Liaise with the Mid Corp Commercial Lines Pricing and Underwriting teams to ensure pricing solutions align with AXA's Commercial Lines vision.
* Coordinate with our workbench and policy admin system suppliers to ensure end-to-end functionality of the transformation pricing solution.
* Contribute to Radar Base development and deployment of product algorithms to Radar Live environment.
* Participate in all Radar testing phases, including unit testing Radar Base and integration testing Radar Live models.
* Take ownership of work delivery and ensure timely completion.
* Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll bring:
* Experience in Insurance Pricing, either directly within a Pricing Team or supporting via roles such as Software Development or Business Analysis.
* Knowledge of programming languages/tools like Python, SAS, SQL, Excel VBA, or similar.
* Ability to work under strict deadlines with accuracy and reliability.
* Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and explain complex concepts.
* Good planning and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience in Commercial Lines Pricing and Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence are beneficial but not essential.
* Eligibility and authorization to work in the UK is a precondition.
