3. Develop and manage content for the organisation's social media platforms.
4. Monitor and respond to public inquiries and feedback on social media channels.
5. Analyse social media metrics to optimise engagement strategies.
6. Ensure that all social media communication aligns with organisational guidelines and standards.
7. Collaborate with the Human Resources team to support recruitment and internal communications efforts.
8. Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.
9. Coordinate campaigns to enhance the organisation's online presence.
10. Produce reports on social media performance and recommend improvements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Social Media Advisor should have:
11. Proven experience in managing social media platforms within the public sector or similar environment.
12. A strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.
13. Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging content.
14. Knowledge of public sector standards and communication requirements.
15. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources.
