What You'll Do:
As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Director's office and the wider administrative functions of our Centre. Your responsibilities will include:
Diary Management: organise and manage the Director's dynamic schedule, maximising their time efficiency.
Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring smooth communications and information flow.
Meeting Coordination: End-to-end management of meetings, including booking rooms, preparing documentation, and arranging refreshments.
Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodation, and create detailed itineraries for the Director's trips.
Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, maintain files, and manage expense claims with precision.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
A degree (or equivalent experience) and proven experience in a secretarial or PA/EA role.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools.
A proactive attitude and a friendly demeanour, even under pressure.
