Our People Operations team is seeking a Workplace Support Executive to provide a high-quality case management service, ensuring all colleagues receive excellent customer service and a consistent, legally compliant experience. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time roles.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Case Management: Handle employee cases related to health conditions, mental health, neurodiversity, musculoskeletal issues, and complex health forms for new starters.
2. Customized Adjustment Plans: Develop plans that meet individual, business, and legal requirements.
3. Accident Investigation: Manage risk adjustments, claims, and RIDDOR reporting.
4. Resolution and Documentation: Ensure timely case resolution, maintain accurate records, and comply with company policies and legal standards.
5. Support and Guidance: Support employees and managers throughout case management, ensuring a positive experience.
6. Continuous Improvement: Incorporate ongoing process improvements to enhance colleague experience and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Relationships:
1. Collaboration: Work with Business Partnering teams and People Services to understand HR needs and develop case management services.
2. Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
3. External Partnerships: Engage with external partners relevant to case workload.
Insight and Data Utilisation:
1. Data-Driven Decisions: Use people data to inform business decisions and forecast trends.
2. Wellbeing Updates: Provide regular updates on wellbeing cases and emerging trends to relevant stakeholders.
Key Skills:
* Knowledge of Employment Law & the Equality Act, and current HR best practices, trends, and changes.
* Proven ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels.
* Confidence in decision-making and ability to justify choices objectively. Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Desirable Skills:
* Degree qualification.
* Human Resources - CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable).
* Neurodiversity OCN Level 4.
* Advanced DSE training.
* IOSH training.
