Full Job Description An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Secretary to join an established Accountants and Business Advisors at their office based in the southside of Glasgow. Duties and responsibilities will include • First point of contact for reception and telephone enquiries • Dealing with mail and email correspondence • Diary Management • Drafting letters, fees and emails using templates • All necessary administration tasks Skill criteria • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and outlook – Microsoft Office 365 • Accuracy and attention to detail • Good communication, customer service and client relationship-building • Teamworking • Organisation and time management Training will be offered to the successful candidate.
