Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Customer Service Advisor for an established company based near Paisley. This role is based fully on site. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will be involved with all aspects of customer service and will form part of an outstanding team. The successful candidate will find themselves at the heart of an ambitious and growing company at the forefront of an expanding sector. Core duties & responsibilities · Processing of orders received by telephone, fax or emails. · Invoice processing. · Managing warehouse and consignment stock agreements. · Handling and resolution of customer problems. · Clerical Tasks · Sales Support for External Sales Team. · General office tasks as required · Maintaining customer accounts using Salesforce CRM. Minimum Requirements · Standard Grade/National 5 Maths & English at Grades 1-2 or A-B respectively · Strong Microsoft Office skills · Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous Experience Required · Minimum 24 months customer service experience · Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems · Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment Personal Qualities: · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written · Positive and confident, able to remain up-beat and enthusiastic at all times · Passionate about quality and service of delivery · Reliable and conscientious team player · Strong multi-tasking and time management skills · Team player · Self starter · Works well under pressure – Consistent, sound decision making Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 1:00pm Annual leave entitlement is 36 days includes public holidays and when off on a Friday, only uses a half day.
