What will you be doing?
You will be leading the team of Field Service Engineers and Technicians,
Overseeing scheduling and resource planning,
Conducting regular site visits & audits,
Training & mentoring new team members.

What you'll need:
Proven experience in a field service or operations management role,
Strong technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic or Controls engineering,
Strong leadership skills,
Strong communication skills - customer focused role,
Full UK driving license,
Happy travelling across Scotland and occasionally across the UK,
Experience managing remote teams across multiple sites.
