We are looking for ambitious Individuals to join our Claims Processing Team within our First Response Department as a Claims Processor. You'll receive thorough on-site training, ensuring you're well-prepared to excel in your role. Your input will be crucial in enhancing the quality of service we offer to our valued clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* As a Claims Processor, you will handle telephone inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and third parties about claims to ensure efficient and accurate processing according to policy and legal standards.
* You will build positive relationships with clients, manage their expectations, and deliver appropriate outcomes.
* Ensure accuracy in all aspects of claims processing, including:
* Regular updates on vehicle repairs.
* Organizing and uploading reports/invoices for claims.
* Reviewing and acting on total loss reports and coordinating vehicle collection.
* Conducting pre-checks and signing up clients for Open Banking.
* Handling medical instructions.
* Assist case handlers with claim tasks to keep the department updated.

Working Hours

This role is Full Time based on 40 Hours per week. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
