The role Join our dynamic Business Support Team as a Business Support Manager and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Working closely with colleagues across TFM, you will provide expert support and guidance to help them deliver outstanding service on their contracts. You will; Build strong working relationships across the business Be the go-to person for information system excellence and troubleshooting Provide training support and coordinate future system development, as well as providing business intelligence and data insights and trends Lead best practice sharing and continuous improvement projects across FM Assist and support each contract area to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions as required Our successful candidate A Strong communicator able to influence, negotiate, and bring a positive, can-do approach Adept with software and systems confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and systems such as CAFM, job management and invoicing tools Organised and efficient skilled at managing time, priorities and deadlines independently A good relationship builder able to work with a wide range of internal teams and external partners A creative problem solver innovative and resourceful when tackling challenges Detail-oriented ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work Flexible and mobile full UK driving licence required, with travel to other sites Our offer Salary £37,225.59 25 days annual leave bank holidays 44 Sickness scheme Stat Nest Pension We are committed to employment practices and behaviours which encourage diversity, promote equality of treatment and eliminate unlawful and or unfair discrimination.
