Procurement Source to Pay Manager
Location : Milton Keynes (Hybrid Role- 12 days on site per month)
Join a leading global bank as a Procurement Source to Pay Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the procurement lifecycle. This is a high-impact role within the Operational Procurement and Systems team, focused on optimising systems, streamlining processes, and enabling digital transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and manage the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems and processes.
* Drive digitisation and automation across procurement operations.
* Develop and implement a roadmap for digital and analytics opportunities.
* Lead procurement initiatives and support global/regional projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and reduce complexity.
* Oversee procurement operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
* Partner with Data & MI teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
* Deep expertise in SAP Ariba and familiarity with Globality, ServiceNow, and EcoVadis.
* Proven experience in system enhancements, deployments, and optimisation.
* Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience with modern procurement technologies (RPA, AI, outsourcing).
* Strong change management capabilities in digitally transforming environments.
* Experience in regulated industries and managing external partners.
Nice to Have
* Background in leading or supporting procurement transformation programmes.
* Experience working in global or matrixed organisations.
