The Role
As a Skilled Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, following manufacturer specifications and BSI standards. You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, precise, and high-quality repairs that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out structural and non-structural panel repairs and replacements
Accurately assess damage and determine safe and efficient repair methods
Align and finish panels with precision and attention to detail
Maintain high-quality standards while meeting agreed deadlines
Keep your workspace organised and compliant with health and safety guidelines
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in panel beating or body repair within the automotive industry
Proficiency in welding, metal reshaping, and refinishing techniques
A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-standard repairs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
