Our Client, A Large Public Sector Organisation based in Cushendun is looking an Assistant Warden.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £ weeks 1-12, increasing to £ weeks 13+
MAIN DUTIES
1. Develop and maintain a working relationship with the caravanners in order to offer a quality service on the site, and an attractive holiday experience.
2. Accept and record bookings on booking system, take relevant fee and issue receipts.
3. Record arrivals and departures on computerised booking system.
4. Be computer literate
5. Ensure that Council's property is adequately safeguarded.
6. Ensure that no public health nuisance is caused.
7. Deal with any complaints, which may arise.
8. Any other duties, which may be required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
9. At least 2 months experience in the management of staff and administrative type work.
10. At least 6 months experience of dealing with the general public and handling cash.
11. Knowledge of on-line caravan booking and management systems.
12. Available on all dates specified.
