Paid Media Manager
Up to £35k DOE
Glasgow City Centre – Hybrid
A growing and ambitious digital marketing agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with a passion for paid media to take ownership of strategy and execution, driving the success of campaigns for high-profile clients whilst leading a talented team in a role that will guarantee growth and progression.
The Role:
As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll help shape and deliver paid media strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns while building strong client relationships. Reporting to the Paid Media Lead, you’ll work with a range of budgets and platforms, playing a key part in the success of client campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Support in the delivery of paid media strategies for e-commerce and lead generation clients.
* Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
* Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and write engaging ad copy.
* Manage budgets across channels, ensuring spend aligns with client priorities.
* Regularly audit accounts and identify new performance opportunities.
* Produce clear, insightful monthly reports with recommendations.
* Engage with clients to discuss results, insights, and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
* Ability to work independently with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
* Excellent time management and workload prioritisation.
* Clear and confident communicator with both clients and colleagues.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics 4.
* Strong attention to detail with a high standard of work.
* Flexible attitude and willingness to support wider business needs.
* Certifications in Google, Microsoft, and Meta Ads.
* Experience managing TikTok and LinkedIn Ads.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
* Knowledge of Google Merchant Centre, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
* Salary: up to £35,000 with planned progression.
