Contracts Manager Opportunity: Design & Build Facilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager in Oxfordshire to deliver specialised design & build projects for controlled environments. This is a hands‑on operational role, working across client sites and offices.
Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
* Extensive experience leading complex design & build projects.
* Proven project management skills.
* Experience with NEC & JCT contracts.
* Detailed understanding of HVAC systems.
* Commercial astuteness.
* Higher education/BEng in Construction/Project Management or Engineering discipline.
* Full UK driving licence
Core Responsibilities
* Project Delivery: Lead the successful delivery of projects, managing risks, schedule, and budget.
* Commercial: Lead all commercial aspects from initial design fees to overall capital cost.
* Client Management: Be the key client contact and develop long‑term relationships.
