Paralegal – Crime Team ? Leeds | ? Full-time, Permanent\n\nA busy and expanding Crime team in Leeds is seeking a Criminal Law Paralegal to join on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in criminal law who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-established team.\n\nThe role will involve:\n

\n\t
* Supporting fee earners on criminal matters\n\t
\n\t
* Providing a high standard of client care\n\t
\n\t
* Managing files via a case management system, including drafting correspondence\n\t
\n\t
* Completing public funding applications\n\t
\n\t
* Preparing, collating and redacting court bundles\n\t
\n\t
* Liaising with Courts, Police, local authorities, medical professionals and experts\n\t
\n\n\n
The ideal candidate will:

\n\t
* Have completed or be undertaking legal studies (LPC/BPC, SQE prep or equivalent)\n\t
\n\t
* Demonstrate a clear interest in Criminal Law\n\t
\n\t
* Hold Police Station Accreditation (preferred)\n\t
\n\t
* Be highly organised and able to work well under pressure\n\t
\n\n\n
