Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join their fantastic team based in Southampton.
This role is offered on a permanent basis, giving you the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients including investors, developers, and large corporate businesses.
You will be responsible for providing independent and comprehensive property valuations, with a particular focus on loan security work.
Duties include:
1. Providing loan security valuations for lenders
2. Preparing portfolio valuations, company accounts valuations, and fund valuations
3. Advising on diminution in value and property litigation cases
4. Conducting valuations for acquisitions, disposals, compensation, and taxation purposes
5. Liaising with clients and maintaining professional relationships
Personal requirements:
6. RICS registered Chartered Valuation Surveyor
7. Experience in loan security and commercial property valuations
8. Passionate about property, buildings, and construction
9. Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to develop professionally
10. Detail-oriented, confident, professional, and personable
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00- 17.30
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
