Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Full Time Permanent, Commis Chef for an established restaurant based in Chinnor, Oxfordshire
This is a Full-Time role, working 5/7 days and would need flexibility to work Weekends, Evenings and Mornings
The role is paying £25560pa + Service Charge (up to £3000 per year)
* No Monday working as restaurant is closed
* Sunday lunchtime working only
* Allocated one extra evening off per week.
* Split Shifts required between shifts.
* Car parking on site
* Live in options available for a small fee
Overall Objective:
* To prepare, cook and serve meals that meet the standards set by the Head Chef.
* A Commis Chef assists a section chef, also known as a Chef de Partie. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including: Assisting in the food preparation process
* Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
* Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
* Assisting other Chefs
* Helping with deliveries and restocking
* Assisting with stock rotation/Cleaning stations
* Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
