Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records.
* Assist with clerical duties such as typing, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to support daily operations.
* Handle basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
* Support the administrative team with various projects as required.
Skills
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent phone etiquette to ensure professional communication.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. .

Hours of Work Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm,Friday 9am until 1pm

Pay: £13.00 per hour
