Cover Supervisors and Teachers (QTS) – SittingbourneLocation: Sittingbourne Secondary SchoolsPay: £98 to £163.23 per day (aligned with teacher union guidance)Contract: Full-time / Part-time / FlexibleStart Date: ASAP
We are recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors and teachers with QTS to provide general cover at secondary schools in Sittingbourne, supporting well-established schools in the area.
This Cover Supervisor role is ideal for candidates with proven experience or qualifications in secondary schools who are confident managing classrooms and maintaining a calm, focused learning environment. Both Cover Supervisors and teachers with QTS will supervise classes and deliver pre-set work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absence
* Deliver pre-set work (no planning or marking)
* Manage behaviour in line with school policies
Requirements:
* Experience as a Cover Supervisor, supply teacher, or teacher with QTS
* Secondary school experience
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
