Propositions Assistant

Up to £29,600 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)

Location: Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working - typically two to three days per week spent across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe)

Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we're looking for people who want to help shape what comes next. As a Propositions Assistant in our brand-new Propositions team, you'll help to keep our product catalogue accurate and up-to-date. It's all about making sure our wholesale partners can find and order what they need quickly and easily, so they can keep their shelves stocked for the communities they serve.

What you'll do

* Keep our product catalogue accurate and up-to-date
* Make sure product data is complete, consistent, and visible across the right systems
* Support trading and commercial teams with listings, updates, and promotions
* Work with teams across the wider business to align product info and support campaigns
* Help us plan and deliver great propositions by maintaining reliable product records
* Handle day-to-day queries and keep things running smoothly


What you'll bring

* Experience in a Buying Assistant or Propositions Assistant role
* A background in a commercial environment
* Great attention to detail and admin skills
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your time well
* Good communication and collaboration skills
