Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Creative Specialist. In this role, the Performance Creative Specialist will develop and execute creative strategies and campaigns that align with branding goals. Responsibilities include creating compelling content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand consistency, and providing innovative solutions to enhance overall campaign performance. The individual will play a vital role in visually and conceptually shaping marketing initiatives to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities
* Design and build email marketing campaigns across platforms such as Omnisend and Klaviyo, ensuring strong visual presentation and mobile optimisation
* Create and update automated email flows including abandoned cart, post-purchase, promotional and seasonal campaigns
* Implement website updates on Shopify and WordPress, including homepage edits, collection adjustments, product page improvements and blog uploads
* Format and upload SEO‑optimised blog content with correct heading structures, meta titles, meta descriptions and internal linking
* Optimise website images for speed and performance while maintaining visual quality
* Create marketing assets for paid ads, landing pages, banners and social media
* Assist with on‑site conversion optimisation improvements including layout adjustments, call‑to‑action placements and visual hierarchy updates
* Support SEO implementation tasks such as alt text updates, schema adjustments via plugins and minor technical fixes
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints for multiple clients
* Work closely with the performance marketing team to align creatives with campaign objectives
* Maintain organised task management and provide weekly reporting on completed work and upcoming priorities
* Proactively suggest improvements to email performance, website conversion and user experience
