They are our team of "detectives," viewing each plant disease or infestation as a puzzle to solve. The Plant Health Care Team focuses on ensuring the health and well-being of trees and shrubs on clients' landscapes within a specific territory. Responsibilities include monitoring, diagnosing, and treating pest and disease infestations, and selecting appropriate treatments. Additional duties involve client interaction, providing written diagnostic reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
* A desire to grow, opportunity-driven, loves problem-solving and process improvement
* A Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turfgrass, or similar experience preferred
* Ability to work independently with responsibility and autonomy
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to meet client needs
Willingness to learn:
* Tree and Plant Identification
* Proper and safe use of spray and application equipment
Essential requirements:
* Willingness to complete required trainings for certifications and licenses
* Desire to work outdoors
* Valid Driver's license for operating service vehicles
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Physical demands:
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds to perform essential job functions.

This position offers a pay rate between $27-30/hr (depending on experience), plus benefits, PTO, and a 401(k).
