Job Duties:
* Supporting the teacher in delivering educational activities
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
* Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
* Helping to create a positive learning environment
* Assisting with administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
* Level 3 Childcare qualification or Equivalent
* Enhanced DBS check
* Basic First Aid Training
Education:
* GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
* Previous experience working in a school setting
* Experience working with children
Knowledge and Skills:
* Good understanding of child development
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team
* Patience and empathy
Preferred Qualifications:
* Teaching Assistant qualification
* Additional training in special educational needs
