Responsibilities:
* Guide students along their educational journey.
* Use various strategies to meet each student's unique needs.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to develop support plans.
* Create a positive atmosphere to enhance social and communication skills.
* Implement interventions and participate in activities supporting academic progress.
Requirements:
* Relevant Forest School and outdoor education experience and qualifications.
* Effective communication skills.
* UK driving license and own car (preferred).
* Traits such as compassion, patience, and empathy.
* Adaptability and flexibility.
* Strong commitment to student success and well-being.
