Responsibilities
Work alongside the Executive Chef to develop menus, lead by example, and train junior chefs, ensuring high‑quality fresh food production in a high‑quality restaurant/pub environment.
Requirements
* Experience in a high‑quality fresh food restaurant or pub environment
* Leadership ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff
* Aspirational to help achieve AA Rosettes (1–2)
Salary: £40,000 + Tips
