Shure is seeking a seasoned security expert to join our Global Security Team, providing a thrilling opportunity to enhance our security operations across our facilities in Europe and Asia. You will work from our Waltham Abbey Distribution centre.
Your mission: conduct comprehensive physical assessments of our facilities, recommending cutting-edge and cost-effective security solutions that align with divisional priorities and budgets. You will lead emergency response planning and execute safety and health audits with professionalism and a proactive mindset.
If you thrive in busy, varied environments and have experience with global or regional teams supporting global incident management and travel risk management programs, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. You will monitor alerts and intelligence, support HR and Workplace & Security teams, participate in regional crisis management teams, and help foster a security-aware culture among Associates, contractors, and visitors.

Responsibilities
* Lead physical security assessments of facilities across Europe and Asia.
* Recommend security solutions aligned with divisional priorities and budgets.
* Lead emergency response planning and support health and safety audits.
* Coordinate with global or regional teams on incident management and travel risk programs.
* Monitor security alerts and intelligence; support HR and Workplace & Security teams.
* Participate in regional crisis management and decision-making processes.
* Promote a security-aware culture among Associates, contractors, and visitors.
* Develop training materials and communications to educate stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Minimum of 6 years of corporate security experience, including global organization experience.
* Fluent English; ability to work in a second language is a plus.
* Health and safety experience is a plus.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
