Our Team Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance the performance of the power unit and contribute to competitiveness in a highly competitive environment.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
Your Mission
* Support the head of the ERS department as an interface between development departments and the workshop.
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects, including monitoring and goal setting.
* Help the department manage budgets for ERS projects.
* Coordinate test and deployment planning for ERS components across departments.
* Assist in planning the assembly of components with responsible teams.
* Participate in optimizing development processes and methods.
* Analyze technical data and prepare reports on project progress.
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Your Profile
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management or coordination.
* Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar fields.
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit.
* Analytical thinking and a structured approach.
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment.
* Proficiency in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language.
