The AA– We’re looking for a Roadside Rescue Mechanic to help our members get back on the road safely. You’ll work with training, support, and development opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: £37,152 (average 40 hour week). Top performers can earn up to £60,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities
* Communicator – diagnose issues and explain solutions clearly to customers.
* Self‑starter – work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
* Problem solver – use technical expertise to fix roadside problems or arrange vehicle recovery.
Qualifications
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
* Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
