For this role, some previous experience in residential Lettings is essential: You will be generating and winning business from both landlords and applicants. As a person, you will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service. You need to be able to work independently as well as being a strong team player. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.
